Meet Jenna Flexner

I’ve always believed that exceptional homes are a balance of beauty, intention, and livability. My passion for design began early, inspired by my mother, an artist with a fearless eye for color, pattern, and scale. I spent much of my childhood redesigning my bedroom (repeatedly), unknowingly laying the foundation for the work I do today.

For more than 20 years, I’ve brought that lifelong design obsession to my work in Los Angeles real estate, with particular expertise in Hancock Park, Windsor Square, Brookside, Larchmont Village, Lafayette Square, and Wellington Square. Working with sellers, buyers, and investors throughout Los Angeles and beyond, I specialize in home preparation, interior design, remodeling, project management, and marketing strategy—helping clients recognize potential, make smart improvements, and maximize the value of every opportunity.

I’m a DIY-er at heart and love finding creative solutions that make the greatest impact without unnecessary expense or hassle. Whether preparing a home for market or helping a buyer envision what a property could become, I pride myself on knowing where an investment will make a meaningful difference—and where it won’t. My goal is always the same: to make thoughtful, strategic choices that enhance a home’s appeal, livability, and value.

That perspective is also shaped by more than 20 years as a real estate investor. Erik and I have personally bought and sold nearly 20 investment properties with a combined value exceeding $50,000,000, spanning triple-net retail, industrial, warehouse, multifamily, and single-family properties. Having been on the ownership side of real estate for decades has sharpened my ability to evaluate potential, make strategic improvements, manage projects, and understand where—and where not—to invest in a property to create meaningful value.

I grew up in an Air Force family, moving frequently before spending my formative years in the South. I graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University with a degree in Psychology, an education that continues to shape how I understand clients, navigate negotiations, and manage the emotional nuances of buying and selling. An entrepreneur at heart, I went on to build and operate multiple businesses before I could no longer ignore California calling my name.

In 2000, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Let’s just say that career didn’t exactly take off—but everything else did! What unfolded instead was a career in real estate, a family, and the opportunity to co-found City Language Immersion Charter School (CLIC), a Spanish immersion elementary school in West Adams that now serves more than 430 children. Building something meaningful for our community alongside six other determined moms remains one of my proudest accomplishments.

At home, life is beautifully full. I’m a mom to four amazing kids—Dane, Luke, and twins Lila and Tessa—plus our dog, Popcorn. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me traveling, cooking, planning the next meal, tackling a DIY project, or dreaming up an excuse for a costume party. Food and family are among my favorite things. Okay, costume parties may top the list.

Real estate is personal, emotional, and strategic—and I genuinely love all three sides of it. I bring creativity, experience, resourcefulness, and compassion to every client and every challenge. For me, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing possibilities others might miss and turning them into meaningful results.
